			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Seek Your Course, a website dedicated to making life-changing creative experiences more accessible to adults, will be traveling around the country starting it mid June!. The Jumpstart Creativity Tour will take founder Jess Greene 10,000 miles around the country running 50 events featuring art-making and creative writing. Anyone is welcome to attend any event and play with some paint, write some poetry, or doodle. You can support the trip and follow Jess once she leaves via the website.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Paul Silva is the associate director of the UMass Amherst Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, a new center dedicated to helping students create new products, services, and ventures.  He is also CEO of the Valley Venture Mentors (<a href="http://www.valleyventurementors.org/" target="_blank">www.valleyventurementors.org</a>), a nonprofit mentoring organization helping seed-stage entrepreneurs build networks of advisors and achieve initial success.  Lastly Paul serves as the manager of the River Valley Investors (<a href="http://www.rivervalleyinvestors.com/" target="_blank">www.rivervalleyinvestors.com</a>), an angel investor group in Massachusetts.  In 2000 he co-founded <strong><em>All</em></strong><em> </em><em>inPlay, </em>a company creating software that helps the blind socialize with their fully sighted friends and families as equals (<a href="http://www.allinplay.com/" target="_blank">www.allinplay.com</a>).  Paul holds a BS in computational physics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (2000).</p>
